My hat off to you Pablo for your professionalism as well as your kindness, dedication, and amazing patience. As you well know selling any business is difficult but selling a long standing large medical clinic, with all the many issues and complications involved, specially when seller is a fatigued and somewhat demented! retiring physician who thinks his main role is to yell and complain while changing his mind every other day about whether to sell is next to impossible but through perseverance and hard work as well as your ability to bring parties back together in difficult times you seem to make the most difficult tasks appear easy and smooth sailing.
